STRIPPED (a novel)
College freshman Quinn Montgomery will do anything to avoid the mistake her sister made—killing herself over a boy. But when she is forced into nude modeling at a local college to support her family after a bankruptcy, she begins to crack, just enough to let Torrin, the university’s top varsity oarsman, see that the real Quinn is not as feisty and unapproachable as she wants everyone to think. But letting someone in comes at a steep cost and, it turns out, Torrin is connected to Quinn’s family in more ways than she could ever imagine.

WITHOUT YOU (a novella)
She was broken when I met her, shattered from the death of her sister and running from love. Not to sound like an egotistical douche or anything, but I fixed her. Put her back together, filled in the cracks, and made her whole. A true fairytale in her eyes.

But now real life is getting in the way: school, jobs, and the unexpected opportunity to travel the world under a legendary photographer. This internship will open doors not even my father’s influence could. It’s something I’ve been waiting all my life for. But so is Quinn, and accepting this internship will mean leaving her.

And breaking her all over again.

Brooklyn Skye grew up in a small town where she quickly realized writing was an escape from small town life. Really, she’s just your average awkward girl who’s obsessed with words. Stripped is her debut novel.

 Stripped (without you) review

Can't say I didn't see that coming. Okay, well not the whole story but the big news that breaks her heart about Torrin. That I did see. It's kind of hinted throughout the book, and you can't help but put the pieces together. How she reacted after how she felt, now that I did see coming. She's a runner, you know that's what she's gonna do. But then you add the news about her sister, her father, tuition, how this girl carries so much weight on her shoulders, I don't know. She hasn't crumbled yet. And thinking she could keep so many people pushed away was definitely not helping her. I love how no matter how hard she tried she couldn't walk away from Torrin. Derek, yes but not Torrin. And I also love the reality check she gave Derek. I love that he learned from what happened. He grew from it. I also love that Torrin taught her how to let people in and that love is okay, not everyone reacts the way her sister did. Oh man, her sister. I couldn't believe everything her parents kept from her about her sister. That truly surprised me! I really liked this book. I gave it 4 hearts.

without you novella

I totally loved this. I loved that one- it's from torrins POV. And two- it's not all fairy tales the whole time. These are real struggles that they are dealing with. I kinda hate that they fight a lot and pushed each other away. But I truly loved the way she wanted him to go after his dreams. She wanted that for him. And I love love the end.I love the steps they both took to be together. I give the novella 4.5 hearts.
