As for Tapout I think JC valentine did an amazing job. We don't get shorted on the steam, drama, heartbreak, happiness, nothing. And I love love love that everything we have concerns about from book one are covered and addressed in this book, she leaves nothing out. We find out the answers to all those questions we had from before. Every concern we had for Spencer, Don, Tony, everything. Every single thing was addressed and I just love it. I don't like when a book will have so much drama yet the sequel doesn't address everything it brought up. I love that she also didn't change our characters. Don was still an insufferable old man who can't be happy for Jaime. Jaime was still a hard headed love sick fool. Olivia was still the supportive best friend. Ally was still the innocent girl thrown into the shark infested waters for love. Let me tell you this though, JC does a great job of bringing them all together to form a family, not just friends but family. She does a great job of oulling the emotions out of you. The heartbreak, the fear, the sadness, the anger, the frustration and if course the happiness. Such a great job with this sequel JC!! Well done.
Best selling author J.C. Valentine is the alter-ego of Brandi Salazar, whose enjoyment of tales of romance spurred her to branch out and create her own.
She lives in the Northwest with her husband, their wild children, and far too many pets. As a university student, she studies literature, which goes well with her dream of becoming an editor. Brandi entertains a number of hobbies including reading and photography, but her first love is writing fiction-in all its forms.
