I love that this was a sort of a spin on The Devil Wears Prada. It very much reminded me of the movie, but in a good way. Poor little Emmy seemed a little out of her league sometimes. Fiona sure took every opportunity to point that out to her as well. It's bad enough that you just want to smack that holier-than-thou attitude off her face, knock her off her high horse. Speaking of smacking, I can guarantee you during the course of this book, you will also want to smack Ben. Man, this review makes me sound like I have some pent up aggression, but I swear that's not it! I love that Ben is this uber hot guy that's a model, but when it all comes down to it, he has this super dirty mouth. I don't know why but it wasn't something I expected and I totally loved it. I also loved that here is Emmy, this sweet southern girl, and deep down she's just as dirty. I love it! I love that she's not what you expect. She's not what he expected. Kendall delivers as usual with drama, love, sex, and keeping you on your toes guessing what's going to happen next. You can just feel something is gonna happen, but you are strung along until just the right time ... then BAM! drama!!! This is where smacking Ben comes into play. I just wanted to scream "WHAT WERE YOU THINKING?!?! HOW DID YOU NOT SEE THIS COMING?!?!!?" And... the whole Braydon thing.. WHOA! WHOA! WHOA! WHOA! I only have one thing to warn you about... there are more books. At the end I was left crying like WHY? WHY? Why does there have to be a book 2? Why couldn't the story have been wrapped up in this book. I need to know how this ends! I can't wait! I wanna know now!! Gimme gimme gimme!! Yes, that is how much I loved the story. I don't wanna wait! I wanna know NOW! How do Ben and Emmy handle this? What else does Fiona do? Sigh....You're totally waiting for me to rate this aren't you. I totally loved it. I give it 4.5 hearts!
