Pieces of Rhys Blog Tour

My name is Lindsey. I like extreme gardening, really good beer, obese cats, and my sexy, hot, delicious, yummy, melt in your mouth coworker Rhys. I don't like rude behavior (especially from obese cats), my abusive ex-husband Gary or his mother, and I don't like to share my toothbrush with even the likes of sex gods like Rhys.

Not too long ago, Rhys suddenly became aware of the fact that I am a real life, breathing and thinking woman. Being full-figured and short, I didn't think this would ever be possible. I mean, he's so hot, and while I'm not at all's just that he's so FINE. Normally, I don't think that male sluts are at all worthy of my attention, but under all of his booty calls and one nighters, Rhys is actually a very decent guy and I tend to forget - or at least forgive - the fact that he's a philanderer (even though the evidence of this is often a little too close for comfort). I know, you think I'm stupid, right? But he seems to really care for me, and I truly believe that there's some dark secret that keeps him from committing to me. So, if he can only give me pieces at a time until the truth is uncovered, so be it.

But will it cost me my heart in the end? Or something even worse?

Dee's Review

God it's been a really longtime since I've read a book and laughed. Like tears rolling down my face laughed at a book. Then turned around and am either fanning my face cause its gettin hot, or on the edge of my chair in suspense. Top notch talent is the only thing that can cause that. Top. Notch.

Don't get me wrong this is a love story, but there's pain, loss, and crazies, drama and seriously funny shit. Just the way Lindsey talks cracks my ass up and don't even get me started on get interaction with her family.

"I can stop being fat but you can't stop being old."

Omg. That's how they talk. It is hilarious. It's not only with her family but Lindsey has some of the most random reactions to Rhys. She says some of strangest things. She keeps you on your toes, that's for sure. I mean how they start spending time together is bad enough, stalker Suzie over there isn't a very good stalker.

So her and Rhys become friends. They agree to a physical relationship that we all know no woman can keep up with. Lucky for us Rhys can't deny our girl either. I will tell you this, she may be hilarious, but five finger Freddy

and "bitches get stitches" was fabulous. So much about this book was fabulous. LD does such a good job of taking a smaller book and including a shit ton of drama, love, hot ass sex, screwed up issues, psychos, humor and .. Did I mention love? Yeah. Love. Love and humor, what a beautiful combo.

I give this book 4 hearts.
