At eleven he was my first crush. At sixteen he became mine. At nineteen he broke my heart and destroyed me. That was ten years ago and the last time I saw Cole Ryan.
They say you never get over your first love...I beg to differ. I left my shattered heart buried in a town I never expected to return to. I erased every thought of him and buried the memories never to be found.
I moved on...now ten years later I have the perfect life, the perfect fiancé, the perfect career. Everything I ever wanted until I'm forced to go back and face my past and the man that destroyed me.
He won't stop until I know the truth no matter how hard I fight it. In the end, lies will be uncovered, hearts will be broken, and my life as I've come to know it destroyed.

RAFFLECOPTER:
EMBED CODE:
Emotional, gripping, and raw.
I could just end the review with those words.
Every single page is filled with emotion.
As the novel progresses through the characters I was gripped.
There were moments that I couldn't fathom how Cole and Frankie would proceed, but it was raw and real.
I have loved Rebecca's writing since the beginning.
With each of her novels I have had the pleasure of watching her grow, each of her stories have gotten better and better.
This story, I have to say was worth the wait.
What I loved is that this is just a story of a boy and a girl.
Decisions they made affected one another.
Never knowing the full impact of the lies and deceit.
Until one day it all comes to a head.
They are forced to deal with the consequences.
Ten years lost, ten years of anguish, ten years of love that never died.
Now there were points that I was upset with Cole.
Like really mad but I am glad that Frankie stood her ground with him.
As for Frankie I got why she did all the things she did I didn't agree with some of the choices but I totally understood.
All in all I have to say that this story had me from the beginning. I loved the secondary characters especially Carter and Faith. But especially Carter...he's kinda smart and funny, I like him and if Rebecca were to write a story for him I would certainly read it.
