Synopsis:
I’ve
been unsure about many things in my life except for one thing, that I have
always loved him. Every single minute of every single day that I have been on
this earth, my heart has belonged to him. It has never been a question, never a
doubt. The love had taken on many different forms over the years, but it had
always been a constant.
Everyone has their definition of love. There have been countless songs sung about it. A gazillion books, articles, and poems written about it. There are experts on love who will tell you how to get it, keep it, and get over it.
We’re led to believe love is complicated. It’s not the love that’s complicated. It’s all the crap that we attach to it and put in front of it that makes it difficult. If you’re smart, you’ll realize this before it’s too late and simplify

-------------------------------------------------------------
Amanda Kelly spent her entire life trying to control
every aspect of it, while striving for perfection. Her obsession with being
perfect, along with her feelings of worthlessness, consumed her. The one thing
she thought was perfect in her life was the bond she shared with her best
friend, Noah.
Everything was going according to her life plan
until she woke up one day and realized she had fallen in love with him. The one
thing she couldn’t control was the affect he had on her. Noah had the power to
give her one hundred lifetimes of happiness, which also gave him the power to
completely devastate her. He was the one thing in her life that was perfect, but
she couldn't allow herself to have him.
Her life begins to unravel. Events take over and
force her to let go of her dreams and desires. She needs to realize that a
person cannot control the events in their life, only their reaction to
them...but will it be too late for her to save her relationship with her best
friend? Present Perfect is a story of how past events have present consequences
and how perfect your present could be if you stopped fighting and just allowed
it to happen.

Shannon’s Review:
Present Perfect is exactly what is says, it’s perfect. Every
character in this book I had an attachment too. I still can’t let go of them.
Beware, this book is an UGLY cry, but well worth it. I was crying 30% into the
book and until the end. DO NOT LET THE CRYING STOP YOU FROM READING THIS
BOOK!!!
Amanda Kelly, aka Tweet, was stuck on the word perfect. No she was not
perfect by any means, but who of us are? She was gorgeous, smart, and funny
with a smart ass personality. I thoroughly enjoyed her smart ass remarks. She
had a lot of growing up to do which you will see. I wished so many times I
could crawl into my kindle and start screaming seem at her and pull her head
out of her ass. Despite how she saw herself she was extremely strong willed. I
think she held her own and knew what she wanted but had to figure out how to
get it to that point to do it.
Noah Stewart is a hottie. I mean he has everything. He was romantic, jealous, loving, caring, and
always there. He did make me mad a couple of times but then again I think he
had to do what he had to do. Noah understood the word waiting, he should he did
his share of waiting. He is one of those guys that every girl wants but can’t
have because he has is heart already out to someone else.
Noah and Amanda’s relationship was like something I haven’t
read about in a while. They started out best friends and struggled trying to
keep it that way. Falling in love with your best friend could hurt you or
benefit you. You will see their struggle reading this book.
I wish I could say more but then I would give it away. OMG
this book made me laugh and cry. More crying than laughing but I wouldn’t have
wanted it any different. The relationship that comes out of these characters in
this book reminds you of your first love which in my case was my best friend
too. You are hooked with these characters so much I honestly felt like I was
there with all of them. Best friends NEVER take each other for granted and that
is something I learned reading this book. I give this book 5 hearts. Seriously
5 hearts. Read it now!!!!
