fights for. When not writing she is either screaming like a crazy woman
at MMA fights or reading in some quiet corner with her Kindle. She loves

Where you are from?
I grew up in a small town in Kentucky,
got married and moved to a small town in Ohio. Love small town living…nothing
like it!
Writing Genre?
Paranormal, although I just finished a
contemporary that is going to release in the box set Summer Fire. I read every
Genre and wondered if I could write anything other than paranormal, so we shall
see. LOL!
Tell us about yourself? Eeek! That’s a hard one. I guess I’m
just a goofy down to earth chick who loves to write about sexy alpha vampires.
My family means the world to me as well as the readers who are a large part of
my family. I don’t take myself too seriously….ever!
Your latest work in progress? I just finished two projects.
Forbidden Hunger, which is a shifter book, will be in the box set Romancing The
Paranormal available for preorder and will be released on May 19. Rodeo
Romance, which is a contemporary, will be in the box set Summer Fire also available
for preorder and will be release on May 26. Now I am working on the next book
in the Protectors Series. So excited!!
When did you begin writing and why? I’ve always had a vivid (scary
vivid) imagination. One slow day at work I grabbed some paper, started writing
and never stopped. I think so much was in my head (meaning voices) that if I
didn’t write it down I was going to go crazy. J
What inspires you to write? Actually the readers inspire me.
When I get messages with questions and comments it just pushes me to do better
on the next story. Their excitement and passion with the stories inspire me.

Are any of your books based on something personal that has
happened in your life? Not really. I mean there are things in my stories that
have happened to me. I write a lot of humor in my books and I come from a
family of crazy (haha crazy, not stab you while you sleep crazy) people so,
yeah, I’ve used my family as research I guess you could say.
Who are some of your favorite authors? There are too many to
list, but my all time fave is Sherrilyn Kenyon.
Favorite book? Acheron by Sherrilyn Kenyon. (YUM!!!)
Would you change anything that has happened to you? No, I
don’t think I would. I’m kind of a ‘it happens for a reason’ type of girl or
maybe I really think it’s bad mojo to want something different then I’ve been
given, but I’m good with what’s been dealt to me…the good…the bad…the ugly.
Can you share some of your WIP? I really can’t just yet. It
is definitely the next Protector book, but I’m still working some things out
and I so cannot wait to tell everyone, but I want to make absolutely sure that
is the route I’m taking with the story before I say. I’ve gotten myself in
trouble before by opening my big mouth before I should. HA!
What’s the hardest part of writing? The first chapter is
rough for me. Also, not wanting to let the readers down.
Do you have any advice for other authors? Never give up. No
matter how hard it gets and there will be hard times, but never give up. Enjoy
what you do and always interact with readers. I absolutely love talking to all
the readers. To me that’s the best part!
Do you have any other hobbies? I love to fish, boating,
shooting, following my husbands MMA team and reading of course.
Favorite TV show and song? Game of Throne’s! Man, favorite
song….that’s a hard one because it actually changes….hmmmm…. Drops of Jupiter
by Train at the moment. J
