Excited does not even begin to explain how we are feeling. Today is the first day of the 15 Authors. 15 Days. 15 giveaways!!!
Today we here at Book Boyfriend Reviews are spotlighting
GENA LUTZ!!!
Watch the video then read all about Gena. Oh and don't forget the giveaway!!
1. Tell us your name, about your books and what you are currently working on.
A: My name is Gena D. Lutz
B: I’m currently working on two projects. My main project is the second book to my Kris Chase series, Devil’s Playground—due out sometime in March. My second project is a mult-author novella, featuring 13 brand new paranormal stories from your favorite USA Today, New York Times, and Amazon Bestselling authors.
2. What about paranormal do you enjoy writing?
I love everything about it! I can’t see myself ever writing in another genre.
3. Where do your ideas come from?
Honestly, they come out of thin air. If I’m writing an existing story I am able to plot some of the scenes out. But other than that, I’m a complete pantster.
4. Have you always enjoyed the paranormal genre if so what authors inspired you?
I would say that Laurell K. Hamilton is the author that has influenced my writing the most. Because of her Anita Blake series, I fell head over heels in author-love with her.
5. What are your writing goals for 2015?
My goal for 2015 is to publish Devil’s Playground, the multi-author anthology, A Pinch of Fairy Dust—2nd book to Chasing Magic, Harper’s Undoing—3rd book in the Prime Wolf series, as well as make it to my very first signing at the end of the year.
6. What is the best thing you have heard/ read from a reader/fan?
Oh that’s an easy question to answer. Several of my readers have likened Created Darkly to the Anita Blake series. After blushing profusely, all I could think about that was… no freakin’ way!
7. Best thing about your readers?
I have the best readers ever! There’s not just one thing I adore about them…there’s a million things!!! xoxoxoxox
8. Are there any new authors that have grasped your interest?
Unfortunately, I have been so busy writing that I haven’t had any time to find any new writers; maybe later in the year.
9. Did you learn anything from writing your books and what was it?
Yes, I have learned that it takes a lot of patience, uninterrupted time, and a lot of focus, to write a book.
10. What is your favorite motivational phrase? No one can make you feel inferior without your consent. ~ Eleanor Roosevelt
If you want to know what blogger will be featuring what author and on what day here is the schedule of the tour.
