Hard core fucking.
It’s not what I really want, but it's all he has to offer.
He's filled with turmoil and heartache and regrets, but for two hours every
Wednesday all he feels is me. How much I desire him, how desperate he makes me,
how much I'd like things to be different between us. Real.
He used to be my best friend back before he got married. And
now? Now, he’s a young widower. It'd be wrong on so many levels to expect
something more from him. So I give him what he needs. Dark delicious fucking.
But I know I can’t keep this up. I've already given him my body, my soul. I
want him to have my heart. It might drive him away forever, but that’s a risk
I’m forced to take.
Wednesday is an angsty romp told from dual points of view.
If you’re in the mood for something quick and dirty, you’ve found it. Proceed
at your own risk.
What I love about Kendall Ryan is that she is able to give me what I need straight away. She gets right to the point. Wednesday may not be too long of a story but I found it to be a perfect one. It was a quick read but gave me all the feels that I enjoy when I read a book.
Chloe and Shaw have been lifelong friends. She has had a crush on him forever but is put aside when he gets married. Tragically Shaw's wife dies and Chloe is there to support him and help him *Cough* grieve. Now don't get all "WHAT? that's not right" on me when you read the whole story, as it unfolds you find that you understand what and why the situation occurred. Look at that cover you mean to tell me if some dude looked like that you wouldn't comfort him? LOL
Shaw has shit he needs to deal with but the one thing he can count on in his life is Chloe. She is smart and beautiful, and believe me you will not be disappointed in this story what so ever. In fact I would like more please. I don't care if it's a spinoff or more from this couple I just loved the setting and characters.
